Shipping
1.16 Your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay, no later than 30 days after your order has been placed.
1.17 Please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
1.18 All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
1.19 Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends prior to your order being completed.
1.20 To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
1.21 If you are in possession of the results, no refund can be issued.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Isle of Man law.
Orders delivered to outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes when they reach their destination. You will be responsible for paying any such import duties and taxes.

The intolerance test kits, reports, and related information provided by ItchyDOG ("we", "us") are intended as a complementary wellness tool. They are not a medical diagnosis, do not diagnose disease, and are not intended to be a substitute for professional veterinary advice, examination, diagnosis, or treatment.
Our tests are designed to help identify potential food and environmental sensitivities that may be contributing to your dog's symptoms, and to support informed next steps - such as diet or environmental changes -alongside your vet's guidance, not instead of it.
1. This is an intolerance test, not a medical allergy test. Allergies involve the immune system and are diagnosed by a vet, typically through blood or skin testing.
2. No test offers 100% accuracy. Hair-based bioresonance testing is complementary in nature and results should be used as a guide to inform your decisions, not as a final diagnosis.
3. Results should always be discussed with your vet, particularly before making significant changes to your dog's diet, care, or treatment.
4. If your dog is showing severe, sudden, or worsening symptoms - including sudden facial swelling, hives, collapse, or breathing difficulty - seek urgent veterinary care immediately rather than relying on test results.
5. We take reasonable care to ensure our reports and website content are accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee their completeness or that they will be suitable for every dog's individual circumstances.
