You may have questions about our cat, human or dog intolerance testing. If you do, please fill out the below contact form or view the frequently asked questions section on our homepage which may provide the answer to your question more quickly.

We aim to despatch your intolerance test kit to you within 24 hours of purchase on working days. Once the intolerance sample has been received by our UK laboratory, results are usually provided within 24-72 hours (working days).
